Delivery times

We understand that as a customer, you expect to receive your order as soon as possible. That’s why we work to deliver your order promptly, with delivery times of approximately 2 to 5 business days from the moment you receive the order confirmation email.

Return policy

According to the provisions of Article 4 of Royal Decree 1906/99 of December 17, you have up to 7 business days to cancel the contract, whether for complaints or returns. However, in line with our commitment to a satisfaction guarantee, Gourmandise extends this period to 15 days upon presentation of the purchase invoice along with the product, without any penalty. All these rights can be exercised without prejudice to the provisions of Law 23/2003 of July 10 on guarantees in the sale of consumer goods.

To proceed, you must contact us by email (online@gourmandise.es) within 15 days of receiving the order, clearly indicating the problem or the reason for the return. Please note that to process any exchange or return, it is essential to contact us beforehand. We will not accept any exchange or return without prior notification.

In this case, once the merchandise is received in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will refund the corresponding amount to your credit card. However, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Similarly, a copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package.

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products that are not in the same condition as when they were received or that have been used beyond simply opening the product.
